nyc - part 1

So I literally took hundreds of pictures when we were in New York this past weekend. Hundreds. Frankly it's overwhelming and daunting - the prospect of having of edit and weed through them all. I know this post is very picture heavy - but here's a sampling...

Federica ("Fede" or as Emi called her "Sebe") and Emilia held hands a lot.

Ready to take on the city... baby doll and all.

The view from the Jersey side.

Saturday we went to lunch at Becco, owned by Lidia Bastianch. The food was to-die-for and the company was fabulous.

We stopped at Gray's Papaya hot dogs for a juice. Only Marcus could manage to eat (of course).

I have to send in a close-up pic of Emilia for her new school tomorrow. This is the one I chose. She's playing "peek-a-boo" - a favorite on our long walks.

Napping didn't happen on vacay - she just kinda collapsed at some point during the day.

Evenings were spent looking out the window at the lights coming on in the buildings and couting the boats in the East River.

More tomorrow... hopefully.
